Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you that we’ve received it.

  • After inspection, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take up to 7 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You will be responsible for any price difference between the items being exchanged.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
